Description

MemVap Vapour Control Layer is a Medium Specification, Blown Polythene Material, suitable for use as a vapour control layer within the insulated Memtec Single Ply PVC Flat Roof System.

The MemVap is unrolled and laid onto the roof decking and overlaid with a suitable flat roof insulation board which is mechanically fixed through the VCL and Decking substrate using Insulation Board Fixings and Washers.

MemVap is supplied as 4m x 25m roll. The roll is only 1m long for packaging reasons and simply unrolls and unfolds for quick and easy installation on your flat roof area.

It is recommended to use Butyl Lap Seal Tape on all Overlaps, Joins and Edges when installing this product to ensure a complete seal is achieved.

MemVap is a 1200 Gauge (300 ) Micron Virgin Grade Polythene VCL.

This is not a Product or System that can be installed by a DIY Enthusiast, untrained or inexperienced roofing contractors. Only suitable roofing contractors that have been trained in the use of PVC Single Ply Membrane Systems will have the expertise and knowledge to install this membrane system correctly.

Delivery & Availability

We are unable to deliver to some postcode areas. If when you place your postcode in the delivery section of the checkout and the only option shown for delivery is Click & Collect. This means that we do not deliver to that area specifically. If this is the case then please Contact Us Directly and we may be able to assist you further.

This Product and Product Range is Delivered Directly to you by our Pallet Network Partners. We also offer Click & Collect from our Depot in Maidstone, Kent. ME14 3EH.

We currently offer a Economy Delivery Service which takes around 3 Working Days.

The Materials are Delivered to your location using a Courier Network Pallet Service. The Materials can be unloaded by yourself or by the Vehicles Tail Lift and Pallet Truck to the Kerbside Only.

Please Note that this Product Range contains Heavy, Long and Hazardous Materials.
Any damages or Missing items need to be marked on the delivery note and reported to us with in 24 hours of the Delivery Day.

You will be required to be in attendance for the delivery and a signature will be required.

If no one is available to accept the delivery this may mean the materials are not delivered. This will count as a failed delivery. One further delivery attempt will be attempted.

Any further failed deliveries after the second attempt will incur additional charges and these will need to be paid for in full prior to another delivery attempt being organised or made. This may also mean that your materials are returned to the depot.
If the materials are returned to depot because of a failed delivery and you require a refund. A restocking charge will apply and any delivery costs cannot be returned as part of the refund.
