Click and Collect option is not available on this product, but it is available for Direct Delivery by the Manufacturer and this usually happens within 5 Working Days. 

You cannot mix delivery options at the checkout. This means you can only have one delivery option selected for all the goods at the checkout. If you need to mix the delivery options you will have to place two seperate orders. 

The Highlands & Islands are excluded from the above but we can provide costings and availability on request for this area.

Delivery FAQ`s

• Deliveries are from Monday to Friday ( Excluding Bank holidays ) 
• We aim to ship the majority of orders either the same or next working day.
• Most Deliveries are completed within 5 Working days.
• Large HGV type vehicles are used for deliveries for kerbside only.
• Offloading is your Resposibility unless you have notified us that a TailLift & Pallet Truck is required ( Kerb side Only )
• Use the Text Box at the checkout or email and include your order number to notify us of any delivery, Height, Weight or unloading restrictions that would impact the completion of the delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

On the very rare occasion item`s can arrive faulty or damaged, we will exchange these or provide a refund. We must be notified by email within 48 hours of delivery and may require some images of the product and damage.

We ask that customers do not sign for damaged materials.
