Ordering and Delivery Information for Cladco Profiled Sheets and Accessories

Delivery Timeframes:

For most orders of Cladco profiled sheets and associated accessories, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that deliveries to Scotland may take up to 15 working days. Smaller parcel deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Consider Public Holidays and Weekends:

It's important to consider public holidays and weekends, as these are non-delivery days. Please plan accordingly to accommodate these non-working days.

Advance Notice for Deliveries:

We always strive to provide you with an adequate notice period before your delivery. Our deliveries occur on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and we do not deliver on weekends. This applies to deliveries by Royal Mail, Evri, and Parcelforce as well.

Specific Delivery Timeframes:

For customers in England and Wales, delivery times usually fall within the 7 - 10 day range, Monday through Friday. However, these times may vary, and we make every effort to deliver your order as promptly as possible. In Scotland, please allow up to 15 working days from the point of purchase.

Flexible Delivery Times:

While we aim to meet the specified timeframes, deliveries can sometimes arrive earlier or later than initially quoted. We work diligently to minimize any deviations from the estimated delivery window.

Delivery Notes:

When placing your order, please provide any specific information related to access issues, unavailable dates or times during the day in the Delivery Remarks section during checkout. Also, if there are any height or weight restrictions, kindly inform us before placing your order. We recommend that you submit two telephone numbers, including one mobile number, so our delivery team can easily reach you.

Important: Please refrain from arranging for installation until you have received and thoroughly checked your items to ensure they meet your expectations.

After Placing an Order:

Once your order is placed, your goods will be sent to our warehouse for processing and packaging. Our transport department will contact you via email or text message with your delivery timeframe.

On the Scheduled Delivery Day:

Cladco delivery drivers typically provide a one-hour advance call before the scheduled delivery. Be prepared for the delivery of your roofing order, which will come with protective cover sheets as part of the order. Please note that we are unable to remove these cover sheets after delivery, so kindly dispose of them appropriately.

Most deliveries are made using 7.5-tonne lorries or larger vehicles. Adequate access is essential for all vehicles. It's important to note that not all Cladco vehicles have cranes, so one or more persons may be required to assist our drivers in unloading materials. Those providing assistance should wear suitable protective safety gloves and clothing and must be physically capable of helping with the unloading.

Please be aware that our delivery service is kerb side only, and our drivers do not transport materials any distance or enter your property. Vehicles invited onto your property are entirely at your own risk, and our delivery drivers are not liable for any property damage.

Changing Your Order:

Any changes to orders or details made after ordering your sheets may result in additional charges. As profiled sheets are made/fabricated to order. So are deemed as cut to size/bespoke items.

Customer Returns Procedure

At Southern Roofing Supplies, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a streamlined returns process. Please take note of the following guidelines when considering a return:

Prior Contact Required:

Before initiating a return, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer service team. Please refrain from sending any items directly to our depot without prior communication. Failure to comply with this may result in additional charges.

Custom Roofing Sheet Orders:

It's important to note that all roofing sheet orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once these sheets have been manufactured, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are deemed faulty.

Cancellation of Payment:

For non-custom, unwanted products, such as accessories, you have the option to cancel your payment on this website before the items are manufactured. You can do this by sending an email specifying your order number or by referencing the payment date and the name of the individual who made the payment.

Return of Non-Custom Unwanted Products:

If you wish to return a non-custom product that you no longer want (e.g., accessories), you may do so for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, brand-new condition.

Return Notification and Timeline:

To facilitate a return, you must notify our company of your intention to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. This notification must be made in writing. Please send an email to shop@southernroofingltd.co.uk, including proof of purchase and your order number.

Return Shipping Details:

Returns are to be made at the customer's expense and must be sent using a signed for, tracked, and secure service. The goods will be eligible for a refund only once they are received and signed for by Cladco. Please be aware that Cladco cannot assume responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during transit when being returned to us.

Restocking Charges:

Please consider that all non-faulty, non-custom items returned to our company may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
