Axgard UV Protected 6mm Black Polycarbonate Glazing Sheets

Black Tinted AXGARD® glazing sheet products provide a virtually unbreakable glazing solution. This strength coupled with the ability to be easily curved and shaped makes AXGARD® an incredibly versatile and safe product to use.

Axgard is manufactured and Produced by Clear Amber Ltd. Axgard glazing sheets are virtually unbreakable and offer a high degree of protection against impact when compared to glass and so are a safer option to glass when installing glazing.

Axgard sheets are extruded from a polymer resin which is around 200 times stronger than glass of the same thickness and so is therefore classed as virtually unbreakable.

Unlike other plastic glazing sheets the Axgard sheets are manufactured with an extra layer on both sides which helps to protect the sheets from degradation from the suns ultra violet light rays.

Axgard sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses which range from 2mm up to 12mm and an assortment of tints and patterned finishes.

The sheets can be used in a variety of applications and are also simple and easy to install, cut, shape and curve to your exact requirements on site. The sheets can be cut using a Jigsaw with a fine tooth blade and on a high cutting setting.
